Learning English Through Real Interaction
This activity was successfully conducted by Al Azhar Syifa Budi Surabaya Elementary School on Thursday, December 11th, 2025, in collaboration with native teachers from English One. The program aimed to enhance students’ English learning experience through direct interaction with native speakers in a relaxed, engaging, and supportive environment.
During the activity, students were exposed to natural pronunciation, everyday expressions, and authentic communication. Through interactive discussions, games, and practical conversations, they gained valuable opportunities to practice English in real-life contexts. This collaboration not only enriched the learning process but also helped students build confidence, improve their listening and speaking skills, and develop a more positive attitude toward using English in their daily lives.
Another English Program: ONLINE English with Native Teacher
Al Azhar Syifa Budi Surabaya Elementary School also offers another English enrichment program called ONLINE English with Native Teacher, which is held once a week. This program is designed to provide students with consistent exposure to English through direct interaction with native speakers.
During the weekly sessions, students engage in various enjoyable activities such as games, storytelling, songs, and simple conversations. These activities help students improve their listening and speaking skills in a fun and relaxed learning environment. Through regular practice, students become more confident in using English and develop a positive attitude toward learning the language.
Through the English with Native Teacher Program, students build confidence, improve communication skills, and develop a positive attitude toward learning English—important foundations for their future academic journey.
